Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Raton, NM is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to handle a blend of duties across Fountain & Frozen, Food Production, Grill, Fryer, and Drive-Thru as needed. You’ll join a fast-paced team focused on great guest experiences and friendly service.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving guests with enthusiasm, preparing drinks and ice cream treats, packaging items, cooking on the grill, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety throughout the drive‑in.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible in all situations based on restaurant needs.
• Effective communication and basic math/reading skills.
• Willing to follow Sonic appearance and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and give correct change quickly.
• Provide food service with enthusiasm to guests.
• Package items and check food quality and consistency.
• Prepare drinks and ice cream treats.
• Cook on grill and operate fry station as needed.
• Clean the drive-in area including trash, floors, dishes and counters.
