Primary duties include cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, floor maintenance, trash removal, exterior upkeep, kitchen support, inventory management, safety adherence, and teamwork to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts.
• Previous janitorial/cleaning experience, preferably in food-service.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of equipment and chemicals.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending and lifting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining room floors, tables, chairs and surfaces.
• Ensure restroom cleanliness and restock supplies.
• Wipe down and disinfect high-touch areas regularly.
• Sweep and mop floors in dining and kitchen areas.
• Handle spills promptly and follow cleaning procedures.
• Empty and replace trash bins in dining, kitchen and restrooms.
• Maintain exterior cleanliness including sidewalks and parking areas.
• Wash dishes and assist kitchen staff to keep areas organized.
• Monitor and report cleaning supplies and inventory needs.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Coordinate with managers and teammates to address cleaning priorities.
