Qualifications

• Prior experience working overnight security shifts is a plus.
• Ability to walk for extended periods and climb stairs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property on foot, walking multiple flights of stairs throughout each shift.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents or maintenance concerns.
• Restrict unauthorized access and engage with the public in a confident manner.
• Maintain a visible presence to provide reassurance to residents.
• Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidents.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or alarms.
• Ensure all building access points are secure.
