Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Refrigeration Mechanic for the 4th shift at our Minneapolis, MN location. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration/HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and a safe, comfortable work environment.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and support production needs while minimizing downtime and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in refrigeration/HVAC, EPA 608 certification, and a diploma or technical

Qualifications

• Industrial refrigeration system maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical refrigeration components.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• HVAC/refrigeration technical certification or diploma.
• 2+ years experience in refrigeration/HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and implement fixes.
• Maintain maintenance records and parts inventory.
• Ensure safety standards and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to support production.
