This role is physical and fast-paced, requiring safe lifting, operating equipment, and helping customers and teammates. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment.
• 6 months experience stocking and inventory handling in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, prep dock, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials procedures.
• Assist teammates and complete additional tasks as needed.
