Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Durham, NC, seeks a skilled technician to synthesize, QC, package, and logistics of radiopharmaceuticals used in imaging and therapy. The role involves operating HPLC/GC/TLC and cyclotron equipment in a fast-paced lab, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanroom conditions, environmental monitoring, and coordinating courier logistics while supporting facility maintenance and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Assc. degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology or related life science field preferred.
• Experience with analytical lab equipment and GDP practices is desirable.
• Familiarity with radiopharmaceutical production and regulatory standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate analytical instruments and cyclotron for radiopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Maintain precise manufacturing and quality control documentation.
• Coordinate shipment logistics and provide customer support as needed.
• Maintain aseptic environment and perform routine preventive maintenance.
