Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Durham, NC seeks a Pharmaceutical Lab Technician to synthesize, quality control, package and ship radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging. You will support manufacturing through maintenance and calibration of analytical equipment and coordinate courier delivery.

It is an overnight role requiring flexibility to rotate shifts as needed, with a 5-week training program and comprehensive benefits including a 5% bonus and 401(k) match. Prior lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail with critical thinking.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and emails.

Responsibilities

• Operate HPLC, GC, TLC and cyclotron for routine manufacturing and QC of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Document manufacturing, QC, preventive maintenance, investigations and deviations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of critical equipment.
• Prepare products for shipment and coordinate courier logistics.
• Maintain aseptic environments and regulatory compliance in production.
• Assist with lab inventory, safety protocols, and housekeeping.
