Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in Arizona (unencumbered).
• Current BLS and First Aid Certification.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Completion of Verbal De-Escalation Training, within 30 days of employment.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
