Repairs and maintains general plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical equipment.
The base wage for this role is $24.32 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour when working the overnight shift.
The overall maintenance of the guest rooms and the facilities influence member, guest and employee impression of the total organization. Clean, well‑maintained guest rooms, facilities and equipment will contribute to member and guest comfort and satisfaction.

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two‑year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, interpret and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and simple instructions, short correspondence, blueprints and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in English to customers, managers, guests, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Valid California Driver's License.
