Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, block and maintain product on shelves and know dates.
• Provide exemplary customer service and greet customers.
• Meet out-of-stock percentage goals and follow procedures.
• Assist in inventory management, AR and ordering functions.
• Monitor expiration dates of products.
• Maintain safety as a top priority for team members, guests and products.
• Handle products and equipment per safety guidelines.
• Set up displays on the sales floor.
• Unload and store food items in prep areas and coolers.
• Unload product from truck and break down pallets.
• Load flats with product to floor and hand stack.
• Assist back room efficiency by unloading deliveries.
• Receive and process all vendor products.
• Ensure vendors are delivering to receiving during delivery times.
• Prepare product to be stocked by opening cases and pricing if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tables, utensils and floor.
• Keep backroom/receiving area organized and clutter-free.
• Make cardboard bales with bailer paper crusher.
• Be willing to learn and communicate about new products.
• Become familiar with store products to answer questions and suggest options.

Our Overnight Stock Clerks work behind the scenes to keep our store shelves fully stocked and organized for the next day’s guests. You will work overnight shifts when the store is closed to customers, allowing you to concentrate on your tasks in a calm, structured setting. • Prepare product to be stocked by taking case of pallet, cutting it open and loading onto flat, pricing, if necessary.


• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tables, utensils and floor.


• Maintain a clean, organized and clutter-free backroom/receiving area operation.


• Make cardboard bales with bailer paper crusher.


• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, understand and communicate, which includes the willingness to taste and experience new product offerings.


• Become familiar with products in the store so you can answer questions and make suggestions to customers.
