Qualifications

• 6+ months in a hands-on, labor-intensive role (construction, landscaping, janitorial, or similar).
• Must be available and reliable for overnight shifts.
• Valid Driver’s License required, comfortable driving a box truck through NYC.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior power washing of storefronts and equipment maintenance.
• Complete assigned routes of 3–4 locations per shift efficiently.
• Identify and address potential hazards to ensure site safety.
