Job summary

American Standard Circuits LLC in West Chicago, IL is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). The role covers plating processing to achieve multiple finishes and quality checks on circuit boards. Training may occur on 1st/2nd shifts during the initial 4–6 weeks.

Responsibilities include tank preparation, temperature control, surface cleaning, and quality verification. Other processes may be trained as needed, with overtime possible during weekdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Standing for long periods and light physical exertion up to 50 lbs may be required.
• Experience with plating processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tanks by removing residue, check anodes, and make additions as needed.
• Set proper temperatures and cycle times for plating processes.
• Prepare board surfaces through cleaning steps and verify finished quality.
• Possibly trained on other processes like Black Oxide, Desmear, Nickel/Gold, etc.
