Job summary

Stairways Behavioral Health in Erie, PA is seeking a Part-Time Aide for Personal Care Homes. You will support clients to lead self-determined lives, assist with activities, transportation, and medication monitoring, and work with the Rehabilitation Coordinator and nursing staff to implement treatment plans.

The role includes crisis support, group facilitation, and helping with daily tasks in a compassionate, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle during scheduled work hours.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to follow rehabilitation/treatment plans.
• Assist with scheduled activities and daily tasks.
• Monitor medications as directed and provide transportation when needed.
• Facilitate groups and collaborate with Rehab Coordinator, Nurse and staff.
• Provide crisis support as needed.
