The Restaurant Store is seeking an Overnight Order Picker to support the Order Fulfillment Manager in a retail branch location. You will accurately pick, consolidate, slot, and complete all order fulfillment tasks aligned with sales, inventory, and merchandising goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail or supply chain experience and strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. The role requires staying active for long shifts and using standard fulfillment equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant retail or supply chain experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CRM systems and project management tools.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, consolidate, and slot customer orders accurately using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment.
• Complete all order fulfillment tasks in alignment with branch operational goals.
• Meet or exceed company-defined efficiency and accuracy metrics.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe order fulfillment area.
• Communicate discrepancies, order status or issues effectively with Order Fulfillment Manager.
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals.
