Interstate Waste Services is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of their depot in Marion, NJ. You will ensure quality and budget performance while managing personnel and safety compliance.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role and an Associate degree or relevant work experience. A competitive salary and a bonus package are offered as part of the compensation.

Overview: Reporting to the Site Manager, the Operations Manager manages the day‑to‑day operations of a single depot and establishes and maintains performance and productivity metrics and cost management processes.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of supervisory employees.

This role is bonus eligible as part of the compensation package.
