• Perform maintenance or repairs in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, machine servicing, electrical repairs or installations, or vehicle servicing.
• Change light bulbs; install paper dispenser units; change filters; change door locks; minor decorative maintenance; tasks not requiring a licensed tradesperson.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client needs.
