• Ability to enforce policies and address unauthorized individuals professionally, directing them to leave restricted areas when needed.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and customers.
• Able to manage assigned patrol routes and responsibilities with minimal oversight and high accountability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises and actively patrol client sites, which may include operating a motor vehicle.
• Maintain security and safety by enforcing regulations and directives for the client site.
• Identify and address unauthorized individuals, directing them to leave restricted areas when necessary.
• Communicate clearly with employees, visitors, and customers while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Needs to be flexible and available any day of the week. Needs to be Reliable (a person who does not call out). Previous security experience preferred; if not, needs to have a good work history and not jump from job to job, and know they want to do security. Not a try it to see if you like it. Self-starter. Good problem-solving skills. Has no issue asking people to leave an area. Good communicator. Can manage himself/herself and Routes with minimal oversight.

Requirements
