Job summary

AMFM Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time Overnight/Weekend Resident Coordinator I to supervise residents in Transitional Living Homes in Vienna, VA area. You’ll promote safety, recovery, and well-being, coordinating activities and documenting in the electronic health record.

The role requires 21+ years of age, background check, HS diploma or GED (BA preferred), and a valid driver’s license with clean record. CPR/First Aid and TB clearance are required; weekend night schedule on Sat/Sun

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Background check clearance required (ADP Selective Screening).
• HS diploma or GED required; BA/BS preferred in related fields.
• Valid driver’s license with driving history requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and transports clients safely to daily activities and ensures timely arrival.
• Uses intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily.
• Adheres to Joint Commission policies and infection control procedures.
• Document activities in BestNotes electronic health record.
• Collaborate with program nurse and clinical team regarding client reports.
• Maintain residence cleanliness and safety in living spaces.
• Facilitate recovery activities and document in the health record.
• Conduct safety rounds and report client status during daily passdowns.
