Job summary

Telecare seeks an Overnight Recovery Specialist II to provide care for individuals in a 12-hour overnight shift. The role supports an acute 15-bed adult intensive treatment program and aligns with Medicaid standards.

The position is full-time, 32 hours per week, with 7:00 pm to 7:30 am shifts at the Thurston Mason E&T location in Olympia, WA. Starting wage ranges from $18.69 to $22.52 per hour, with a full range up to $26.36 and shift differentials applied.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years in psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one year in mental health setting.
• Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, and understanding of mental and physical health conditions.
• Current Washington Agency Affiliated Counselor certification or equivalent credential required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care per individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
• Respond to physical and psychological needs of members and coordinate with the treatment team.
