Job summary

Integral Senior Living in Riverside, CA seeks a compassionate Care Giver to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a home-like environment. You will help with daily activities and promote dignity and safety within the community.

Must be 18+, HS diploma or GED, and prior experience with seniors is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service are essential for working with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
