Job summary

Planet Fitness seeks an Overnight Member Services Representative to deliver outstanding member experiences during the night shift. You will greet members, process check-ins, sign-ups, tours, and handle account updates with a friendly, professional approach.

This role requires a reliable, upbeat attitude, strong listening skills and basic computer proficiency. CPR certification is required, and you will close the shift by reconciling the day’s deposits and ensuring club readiness.

Job Summary

The Overnight Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests. The Overnight Closer will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests. You will also be responsible for closing that day’s shift for that business day as well as creating an accurate bank deposit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist and contribute to ensuring the neatness and impeccable cleanliness in all areas of the club.
• Handle all Member Services related activities including:
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
  • Check members into the system.
  • New member sign-up.
  • Take prospective members on tours.
  • Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Elevate to Shift Leader, Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Minimum 16 hour work week

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.

Schedule

• Monday 12am - 6am
• Monday 10pm - Tuesday 6am
• Thursday 10pm - Friday 6am
