McDonald's in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep the restaurant clean and equipment in good working order. You'll work as part of the maintenance team to support daily operations and ensure a safe, inviting dining area.

Starting pay is $13 per hour. The role includes tasks such as cleaning, grounds upkeep, stocking, unloading deliveries, changing bulbs, and maintaining HVAC/exhaust units.

• Maintenance tasks to keep interior and exterior areas clean and equipment functioning
• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris

Requirements

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
