Kelly is hiring a Machine Operator Assistant in Baxter Springs, KS, offering a 12-hour overnight shift (Sun-Thurs, 11 PM–7 AM) with a $18.91/hr pay rate. You’ll assist machine operators, operate and troubleshoot equipment, and maintain a clean work area, all while following safety policies.

This temp-to-hire role supports growth within a fast-paced plant environment. Steel-toe boots are required; prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Steel-toe boots required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willing to work 12-hour overnight shifts.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts including every other Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with daily production tasks.
• Safely operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments.
