Job summary

Dart Container is hiring Machine Operators to handle high-speed process equipment and ensure top-notch production and efficiency. Hourly pay starts at $21 with an additional $2 shift premium for overnight shifts.

The roles offer a 2-2-3 schedule with about 40 hours per week and every other weekend off, in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. We provide a strong benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic problems with machines and tools.
• Math skills including basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with English for training and safety communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up, starting, diagnosing, troubleshooting and properly shutting down process equipment.
• Assist with processing machinery from raw materials through downstream finished goods.
• Maintain production logs and reports as required.
• Perform production processes in SAP as required.
