Job summary

CMS, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time overnight shift in Philadelphia.

You'll oversee residents' self-medication programs and monitor overall health in compliance with state and federal regulations and CMS policies. Responsibilities include reviewing health plans, managing self-administration of medications, documenting orders, liaising with physicians, and training residents and staff on health-related topics.

Responsibilities

• Review each resident's health plan and monitor ongoing health needs.
• Develop and manage the self-administration of medication program.

• Train residents and staff on hygiene, medication side effects, first aid, and nutrition.
• Participate in treatment team meetings.
