Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an LPN for the overnight PRN shift at our Quakertown inpatient rehab center. You will deliver treatment to adult men, with therapy, medical care, and education to support recovery in a structured setting.

Qualifications include Pennsylvania LPN licensure and CPR/BLS; First Aid preferred. The role involves coordinating with clinicians, completing assessments, and ensuring medication administration compliance. Equity and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Pennsylvania required.
• Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification required.
• Background or experience in a behavioral health treatment setting preferred.
• Experience in Substance Use Treatment and Co-occurring Disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Properly communicate and guide LPNs in client care responsibilities and assignments.
• Complete initial Nursing Assessments for new admissions.
• Administer medications and be knowledgeable about withdrawal management protocols.
• Complete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol.
• Provide medication education to clients.
• Coordinate and support medical providers during initial assessments and medication management appointments.
• Maintain medical equipment in proper working order.
• Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
