Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the New View program in Greenfield, MA.

The role involves providing direct care and monitoring medication administration during overnight shifts, while supporting individuals served and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The candidate should have an MA LPN license, a nursing degree, and ideally at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Associates or better in Nursing.
• Current MA LPN license required.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with other caregivers.
• Ability to delegate to peers consistent with expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care within scope of practice.
• Monitor medication self-administration and health status.
• Administer detoxification medications per protocols.
• Educate individuals served about illness, treatment and prognosis.
• Collect data on individuals served and needs.
• Maintain confidentiality per 42 CFR.
