Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution.
• 0 to one year supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and performance progress.
• Provide coaching and training to staff and lead Hands.
• Ensure health & safety initiatives and adherence to company policies.
