Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking an Overnight Lobby/Public Space Attendant to engage with guests and maintain cleanliness in public areas. Candidates should have housekeeping experience and effective communication skills, along with the ability to lift and carry loads. This is a full-time entry-level position offering competitive compensation based on individual qualifications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Maintain cleanliness in all public areas including bathrooms and lounge.
• Assist room attendants with heavy cleaning tasks.
• Pickup clean linen and restock floor pantries.
• Clean public areas including bathrooms, lounges, fitness center, pool, and hallways.
• Assist room attendants during deep cleans and seasonal cleaning.
• Clean public areas per SOPs.
• Remove soiled linen and trash to proper disposal areas.
• Respond to guests and colleagues in a friendly, helpful manner.

About Our Property

Hotel Adeline, located in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona, features 213 stylish guest rooms and 8,000 sq ft of versatile meeting space. The hotel is known for exceptional service and memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry
• Ensure cleanliness of all public areas to include bathrooms, lounge areas/outlets, fitness center, pool, and hallways
• Help the room attendants with the heavy lifting when super cleaning / spring cleaning of rooms
• Clean all public areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures
• Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas and take to appropriate locations in the prescribed manner
• Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other team members

$ Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
