Qualifications

• Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be at least 20 years old.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience if applying for driving position.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchen hood systems, perform technical services and repair.
• Handle fire protection and suppression systems.
• Clean grease traps and perform line jetting.
• Clean rooftop exhaust fans and surrounding areas.
• Install auxiliary items such as access panels and grease containment systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service.

Ability to work overnight varying shift times
