Associated Wholesale Grocers is seeking a 3rd shift overnight associate to maintain dates in Dry Grocery and Freezer, troubleshoot order problems, monitor returns, and perform cycle counts. The role requires proficiency in Excel and Word, plus reporting tools and strong math skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with report writing database tools is a plus
• Proven problem solving abilities and analytical skills
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Must have the ability to work independently
• Must have excellent mathematical skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain dates in the Dry Grocery and Freezer
• Troubleshoot all special order problems from time of receipt
• Monitor special order returns, provide reporting and ensure quick returns
• Weekly inventory control reports
• Correct product found in wrong locations
• Check on buyer requests
• Perform cycle counts in all departments
• Make corrections
• Add or delete any surplus locations
• Surplus checks
• Additional duties as assigned
