Job summary

Target's General Merchandise team is hiring an Inbound Expert to support store operations through sorting, stocking, and maintaining merchandise on the sales floor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed sorting operations.

• Operate powered equipment during unloading and moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle ESIM items in compliance with laws.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up (OPU), and drive‑up (DU).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Perform all other duties as directed by business needs.

The starting hourly rate is $17.75 per hour. The pay range is $17.75 to $26.65 per hour.

• Remain mobile during the shift.
