Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide overnight supervision and support.
- Assist with activities of daily living.
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as needed.
- Assist with mobility and transfers when required.
- Provide medication reminders as authorized.
- Assist with light housekeeping related to client care.
- Follow the client's individualized care plan.
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition or needs.
- Provide companionship and reassurance as appropriate.
