Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified candidates for a part-time Housekeeping position in Forest Lake, MN. This role is evaluation-to-hire, with hourly pay of $17.50 and a night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Weekly pay and a supportive team environment are offered. Key duties include guest room cleaning, public area maintenance, restocking supplies, and occasional deep cleaning.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to bend, lift, stand, and move during an 8-hour shift.
• Efficiently complete assigned rooms and tasks with timeliness.
• Willingness to support team members as needed.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guest Room Cleaning — Clean and refresh guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, and sanitizing all surfaces
• Public Area Maintenance — Maintain cleanliness of hallways, restrooms, lobbies, and other shared spaces
• Restocking Supplies — Refill towels, toiletries, cleaning products, and housekeeping carts
• Deep Cleaning Tasks — Perform periodic deep cleaning such as carpet spot cleaning, high-dusting, and furniture wipe-downs
• Safety & Compliance — Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
