Hyatt Regency Frisco is seeking an Overnight Security Officer to oversee the safety of guests and staff. The role requires night shifts (11pm-7am) and flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

You will follow safety procedures, complete incident reports, and interact with guests professionally. Previous security or customer-service experience is preferred but not required, and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee safety and security of hotel guests and employees.
• Follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required.
• Maintain overnight availability (11pm-7am) and flexible weekday, weekend and holiday availability.
