Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Round Rock, TX is seeking an overnight Cleaning Attendant responsible for maintaining club cleanliness and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment for members and staff. You will follow cleaning checklists, attend to gym facilities and equipment, and uphold the Crunch brand standards.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required, with CPR/AED certification needed within 30 days of hire. Roles include both part-time and full-time shifts; PTO is offered and full-time employees

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification is required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Experience in service-oriented environment and/or cleaning services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a smile and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Perform cleaning activities per playbook and checklists.
• Work with urgency to complete cleaning requirements on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Share Crunch brand knowledge with members and guests when needed.
