B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an overnight Front Desk Auditor for TownePlace Suites in Gaithersburg, MD.

This role balances the previous day, closes financials, and performs manager-on-duty duties during the 3rd shift while delivering friendly, professional service to guests. Requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of guest service experience, and preferably night audit or accounting background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years prior guest service experience required.
• Night audit or accounting experience preferred.
• Excellent computer knowledge and strong communication skills needed.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Balance and close the previous business day, complete daily financial reports.
• Act as manager-on-duty during 3rd shift, provide guest service and information.
• Process check-ins/check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, handle special requests.
• Audit revenue sources and prepare financial reports for management.
• Monitor room availability, maximize revenue, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to safety, security, and hotel procedures; attend required meetings.
