This stylish and sophisticated Forbes 4-Star hotel offers 360 rooms, 32,000 square feet of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets, including a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, and in-room dining.

+ Shift: PM, Overnight
+ Pay: $29 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, checking guests out, and ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your tasks will include:

  • Greeting guests, completing registration, inputting and retrieving information, confirming details, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting marketing programs, providing welcome packets, and guiding guests to their rooms.
  • Assisting guests with checkout, handling payments, processing credit/debit cards, converting foreign currency, and managing gift certificates.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and local area details, and answering guest inquiries.
  • Upselling hotel services and facilities to maximize occupancy.
  • Responding to guest requests and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
  • Handling guest complaints, conducting research, and negotiating solutions for satisfaction.
  • Receiving, relaying, and managing messages for guests.
