Job summary

You will supervise GSOC personnel, monitor security systems, manage incident responses, and ensure compliance with established security protocols. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in a SOC/GSOC or alarm monitoring environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to document and escalate incidents accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience in SOC/GSOC or similar environments.
• Experience monitoring CCTV, access control, or alarm systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support GSOC operators during overnight shifts.
• Monitor security systems, access control, CCTV, and alarms.
• Coordinate incident responses and escalations.
• Document and verify reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead shift briefings and ensure continuity between shifts.
• Coach and mentor GSOC personnel for operational excellence.
• Maintain professional interactions with stakeholders.
