Qualifications

• Ability to analyze sales, staffing and inventory data.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentors and coaches staff to meet service and sales goals.
• Manages staffing, selection and hiring to meet needs.
• Drives customer service excellence and store presentation.
• Ensures training completion and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintains P&L focus and controls shrink within department.
