Job summary

Meijer is seeking a GM Night Stocker to stock from an l-cart or pallet and place items in the correct shelves, supporting store operations and community service. You will join a family-oriented team focused on accuracy, safety, and timely stocking of products, including food, with attention to detail and a friendly approach to customers.

Night shift work, physical stamina, and reliability are essential as you follow location codes and assist management to keep aisles stocked and organized for

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use systems.
• Process-driven with ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to work with customers regularly.
• Lift up to 50 lb boxes.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and twist while handling product.
• Stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of forklift and pallet jack is a plus.

This position is responsible for taking stock from either an l-cart or pallet and, with using the correct location codes provided on the box, put the stock in the correct location on the shelf and repeat this process until the assigned area is finished.
