Hy-Vee is seeking an Overnight Stocker to keep shelves full and organized while the store is closed overnight. You’ll unload trucks, rotate stock, tag shelves, and ensure freshness for morning shoppers.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. You must be 18+, be able to lift up to 100 pounds, and follow safety and dress-code standards. This is a physically demanding overnight role.

Formación

• Follow written and verbal instructions with confidence.
• Use basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates in a friendly, helpful way.
• Stay organized and keep up with the pace of a busy overnight shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; up to six months of similar or related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly and help them find what they need.
• Assist customers with finding products, reaching items, carrying heavy purchases, and relaying feedback.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product, and ensure freshness.
• Monitor for mis-picked items, stockouts, and report issues accordingly.
• Organize stock for efficiency and restock damaged items.
• Tag shelves with overstock in the back room and understock drawers.
• Report new or different items to the scanning coordinator for system input.
• Work with teammates to ensure a smooth, overnight operation.
• Maintain dress code, hygiene standards, and company policies.
