Job summary

Snappy’s is seeking an Overnight Grille Cook to prepare fresh food and deliver friendly service throughout the night. You will handle hot and cold items, including made-to-order selections, while keeping safety and quality top of mind.

Work involves maintaining a clean work area, following health standards, and completing pre-shift prep for the next crew. No prior experience required; we’ll train the right person. Snappy’s offers PTO, weekly pay, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and discounts.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Retail, restaurant, or food service preferred but not required; training provided.
• Skills: Ability to prepare food accurately, manage multiple orders, stay organized.
• Attitude: Positive attitude and commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food for customers while providing great service.
• Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items including made-to-order and Grille Express selections.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and proper equipment sanitation.
• Follow food safety standards and store food properly.
• Prep for the next shift by restocking and completing necessary tasks.
