Job summary

Snappy’s Bald Eagle Fuel & Tire, d/b/a Snappy's in Houtzdale, PA, is hiring an Overnight Grille Cook to prepare hot and cold menu items, including made-to-order dishes and Grille Express selections, throughout the night.

You’ll provide friendly service, keep a clean, well-organized station, follow health and safety standards, manage multiple orders, and prep for the next shift while we train the right person.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Restaurant or food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work overnight shift and maintain speed and accuracy.
• Must follow food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Customer Favorites: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items accurately and efficiently, including made-to-order items and Grille Express selections.
• Serve Up Great Service: Provide friendly, helpful service and make sure customers have a great experience.
• Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly clean equipment and food-preparation areas.
• Follow Food Safety Standards: Properly prepare, handle, and store food while following health and safety requirements.
• Prep for the Next Shift: Complete necessary food prep, restocking, and other duties to help ensure the Grille is ready for the next shift.
