Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a warehouse-style stock associate in Bowling Green, OH. This role involves stocking shelves with grocery products, moving items from pallets to correct locations, and maintaining a clean, organized store area.

You may work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead and support other tasks as needed. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to processes, safety, and using basic technology.

Qualifications

• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.
• Follows processes in an organized, efficient way.
• Stays calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
