Starting Hourly Rate: $16.00 USD per hour

We bring a vision of everyday life to families by working in a fast‑moving, highly active environment. The fulfillment team ensures guests receive what they need promptly and accurately, supporting a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of store tools, products, and services to solve guest issues.
• Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience while completing daily tasks.
• Assist guests by engaging in a friendly manner to resolve specific needs.
• Thank guests upon completion of their transaction.
• Select items for order pickup, drive‑up, and shipment of digital guest orders.
• Accurately hold all order pickup and drive‑up orders.
• Properly prepare, pack, and sort guest orders for shipment using correct materials.
• Deliver quality and accuracy with each order while meeting timeliness goals.
• Maintain workspace and supplies; keep equipment and designated areas organized.
• Operate equipment safely and follow best practices.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, operating procedures, product quality standards, and food‑safety regulations when handling food items.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner at all times; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up (OPU), and drive‑up (DU); maintain compliance with adult‑beverage laws.
• Perform additional duties based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with guests and fellow team members.
• Thrive in a fast‑moving, physically demanding role requiring teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem‑solving.
• Open to a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions immediately.
• Attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Capable of climbing up and down ladders.
• Lift merchandise up to 44 pounds independently, and lift 45–100 pounds with team assistance.
• Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other conditions while performing duties such as drive‑up, carry‑out, etc.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift; shift length may vary.

Physical Demands

• Standing, walking, and moving merchandise up to 100 pounds.
• Operating lift equipment and ladders.
• Working in varied environmental conditions, including temperature and humidity.
