Crunch Fitness Mesa Grand is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to be the first and last impression of the brand. You will create a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere, deliver exceptional service, and drive memberships and club services.

This performance-based role requires overnight availability (11pm–6am), a motivated, coachable team player with strong communication, and a willingness to grow with one of the fastest-expanding fitness brands in the industry.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English (a plus)
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a passion for helping others
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to work overnight hours (11pm–6am)

• Engage with prospective members, sell memberships, promote club services, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
