CR Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate for the Arcadia club to be the first and last impression of the Crunch brand. You’ll create a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere and drive membership sales while promoting club services and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts (approximately 11pm–6am).
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Energetic, coachable team player with strong communication.

• Engage with prospective members, selling memberships and promoting club services.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain a high-energy, welcoming front desk atmosphere.
