Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate in New York. You will greet and assist members, answer phones, process payments, and promote memberships while maintaining a clean club.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication, and a willingness to work a rotating overnight schedule. Prior retail or fitness experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of face-to-face customer service experience, or one year in fitness preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service and answer questions clearly.

Planet Fitness, a private equity backed fitness retailer, is seeking candidates for the role of an Overnight Front Desk Associate.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.Anticipate member's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all membersProvide gracious and efficient telephone service.
