Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver a fresh, welcoming store experience in our Fresh departments.

You’ll build positive connections with customers and teammates, stock and rotate merchandise to company standards, and use technology to complete tasks accurately while following food safety procedures. Prior retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.

• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

This position is responsible for taking stock from either an l-cart or pallet and, with using the correct location codes provided on the box, put the stock in the correct location on the shelf and repeat this process until the assigned area is finished.
